Hello, this is the only still working way to get RiotPoints for free. I created months ago the RPTotal a very dynamic riotpoints generator, but it's not working anymore after those Talon Patch was released. So is very easy hack new codes from special accounts on riot servers, but to maintain it always working the riot link need be constantly hacked and updated after any new update of LoL. Ok. So here are simple but very important steps to create a hacked account, if you follow these steps correctly your account will have 50.000 RP:

STEP2: play it until lvl 5 (DON'T SPEND ANY IP POINTS BEFORE YOU GET TO LVL 5)

STEP3: when your summoner level reached 5 lvl, close the client .

STEP4: log into your account at this link: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/

STEP5: open the game and login, Enjoy!

Finish the Tutorial
Go on Battle Training
Create Custom Game and add 1 bot (you can finish him for 8 minutes)
Create one more Custom Game with adding 1 bot
