Streets of Rage 2X is an OpenBOR module by Kratus (http://www.chronocrash.com/forum/inde...) based on Sega's Streets of Rage series.

Completing the game twice unlocks "Rebellion Mode" mode, allowing you to take enemy characters out for a spin. Obviously most are a self imposed challenge compared to the player characters, but it's fun to try them out and a few can be quite effective. This ninja is probably the strongest low level grunt, and IMO better than most of the bosses too.
