Project 2016 Indian Scout Sixty Part 4 (Moore Speed Racing Parts & 1920's Solo Seat Install)

Finally got a chance to install the parts I scored while Melly and I were on vacation this summer in Dorset, England. While we were there visiting friends, we stopped in at Moore Speed Racing in Bournemouth.

I bought their very trick CNC Machined Fender Brace with the "Indian" logo cutout, a CNC Machined Axel Cover, and their "Indian" Fuel Tank Decal.

I had some leftover TechSpec material from their Universal Kit to re-make my Scout Sixty's Knee Pads slightly smaller in profile to fit into the Moore Speed Racing Tank Decals. It came out better than I imagined.

Lastly I topped the whole thing off with an Indian Motorcycles branded 1920's Solo Seat (Bobber Seat) kit with the new for 2017 Chrome Grab Rail. I lucked out with a small quarterly bonus at work and was able to buy the seat. This really sets the whole look of the bike. IMHO it now resembles the original Scout 101, while looking mean and modern. I love it.

Cheers!

Mike
