In maybe the least surprising news of the year, Sony’s newest superhero-adjacent film is… bad. How bad, you ask? Well…

After Madame Web and Venom: The Last Dance earlier this year, as well as every live action superhero film Sony have done since Spider-Man 3, I guess I hoped I could at least get some ironic enjoyment out of Kraven. After going out of my way to watch this film, taking well over two hours out of my day, I feel like an idiot - and so I should.

The only people who should watch this film are critics and those deluding themselves into believing one day this YouTube thing might take off. As someone who falls into the latter, more shameful category, I felt obligated to go out of my way to travel to my local cinema and pay for a ticket to see what I was almost certain would be an excruciating experience, just so I could warn the small handful of people who might see this video away from ever wasting their time on this… but then I remembered piracy exists.
