Officer Phil Johnson chase a red 1990 Gavril D-Series Rancher pickup truck who was driven by a 44 year old man who killed a 24 year old white young man and assaulted a 2 young boys and also had warrant about a hit and run. Police chase ended when the suspect gives up. The suspect was later arrested.
