November has long been associated as a month dedicated to the dead :Dia de los Muertos, Remembrance Day, All Soul's, All Saints - these are just a few of the festivals that spring to mind. Well guess what? they were based on pagan/folk magick beliefs that November is the month when the veil between the worlds is at its thinest and therefore we can talk and remember our lost loved ones.

This is all part of a healing journey, grief is hard, and this is a great way to release those intense feelings and gain some peace. Death after all is a major part of life, and yet we do not pay enough attention to it and so for this I dedicate this video to my parents Frances and Anne- I cannot wait to see them again.
