The GBA got its version of Silent Scope, but the port was significantly cut down in terms of levels and view perspective, using static backgrounds for the levels, removing the alternate routes except for the first bossfight and lastly the speedway level was completely removed. However, those removals were compensated with an additional Advanced Story mode, available after successfully completing the original mode for the first time.

01:03 -- Arcade Mode (includes good ending)
13:15 -- Bad ending, this disallows the player from playing Advanced Story if not unlocked
14:36 -- Advanced Story Mode
27:21 -- Shooting Range, played each challenge on different places.
