I eat about two pounds of beef everyday. Here's why.

One of the biggest reasons why I eat it is because it's high in saturated fats, particularly one called stearic acid and it's also low in polyunsaturated fats, particularly one called linoleic acid.

This to me, is actually good thing because you know how the average person weighs 30 pounds more than we used to back in 1960?

Well since then, the amount of stearic acid levels in our fatty tissue have been cut in half and coincidentally, the amount of linoleic acid in our fatty tissue has shot up at least 136% and is still likely climbing.

So we have abnormal weight gain, plus abnormal fatty acid profiles in our fatty tissue, plus… beef consumption has actually gone down while linoleic acid consumption, in the form of ultra-processed food and vegetable oil has skyrocketed.

Not only that, but beef is also full of numerous types of micronutrients. It's extremely nutrient dense and is a literal superfood.

If you eat food that comes from the earth, instead of food that comes from a factory, you might be pleasantly surprised.
