The accidental automation of motherhood | Melanie Cook | TEDxSingaporeWomen

Описание к видео The accidental automation of motherhood | Melanie Cook | TEDxSingaporeWomen

As a new mother, Melanie Cook makes a bold prediction about the impact of technology in the future of parenthood. In this talk, she explores digital motherhood, and shares her personal experiences navigating technology with her child.

She is currently the MD of Hyperisland APAC. She calls herself a Systems Thinker and a Technology Humanitas. Her belief is that our society would go through a period of upheaval where the concept of a job fades into time immemorial. She has deep debates with others about the operational impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace and what we should be doing about it today.

TEDxSingapore brings people together to seek a deeper understanding of ourselves and our world, and to inspire ideas and action for a better future for us all. Founded in April 2009, we are 100% Community-Created. Visit us at www.TEDxSingapore.sg Melanie Cook calls herself a Systems Thinker and a Technology Humanitas.
