For the top:

*150 g sugar

*60 g vegetable oil
*150 g flour
*40 g cacao
*4 g baking soda
*1 tsp 9% vinegar
*100 g boiling water
For the cream:
*10 g gelatine
*45 g water at room temperature for dissolving the gelatine
*65 g water
*110 g sugar
*a pinch o citric acid
*70 g egg whites
*a pinch of salt
*4 g vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
*200 g chocolate
*40 g butter
*30 g vegetable oil
