Chana Butter Masala | Chana Makhni | Creamy Black Chickpea Curry

✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
◇ 1.5 cups of black chickpeas
◇ Slices of 1 large onion
◇ Finely chopped 1 medium onion
◇ 8-10 cloves of garlic
◇ 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
◇ 5-6 green chillies
◇ Slices of 1 large tomato
◇ 1/2 tbsp ginger-cumin paste
◇ 7-8 cashew nuts
◇ 2-3 tbsp fresh cream
◇ Freshly chopped coriander
◇ 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
◇ 1 cube of butter
◇ 2 dry red chillies
◇ 1 cinnamon stick
◇ 1 black cardamom
◇ 4-5 green cardamom
◇ 4-5 cloves
◇ 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
◇ 1/2 tsp asafoetida
◇ 4-5 tbsp of mustard oil
◇ Salt to taste
◇ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
