I have a number of sets of dies for my 25 Kg Anyang Power Hammer.

One of the sets of dies has a slightly larger dovetail and the standard die key doesn't fit.

I could have reduced the size of the standard key for the one die and then use shims for the other dies, but thought it best to make a bespoke die key.

In this video I make a new key to fit the larger die by forging it out of an offcut of 30mm EN19 / 4140 and then milling it to size.
