For SSC CGL Quantitative Aptitude, having a focused strategy can greatly enhance your preparation and performance. Here's a structured plan to help you:

1. *Understand the Syllabus & Exam Pattern*
- Familiarize yourself with the entire syllabus: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Data Interpretation, etc.
- Prioritize high-weightage topics based on previous years’ trends, such as Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, and Mensuration.

2. *Topic-Wise Study Plan*
Break your preparation into specific topics:
- *Week 1-2:* Focus on basics (Number System, Simplification, LCM & HCF, Percentage, Profit & Loss).
- *Week 3-4:* Focus on Ratio-Proportion, Time-Speed-Distance, Simple & Compound Interest.
- *Week 5-6:* Focus on Mensuration, Geometry, Algebra, and Trigonometry.
- *Week 7:* Data Interpretation and Miscellaneous topics (Permutation & Combination, Probability).

3. *Concept Clarity*
- Start with NCERT books (Class 6-10) to clear basic concepts.
- Focus on formulas, theorems, and shortcuts for solving problems.
- Maintain a formula notebook for quick revision.

4. *Practice Daily*
- Solve topic-wise questions after studying each chapter.
- Practice at least 20-30 questions daily, gradually increasing difficulty level.
- Use sources like *R.S. Aggarwal*, *Kiran's SSC CGL books*, or *Sarvesh Verma’s Quantitative Aptitude*.

5. *Mock Tests & Sectional Tests*
- Once you finish a section, attempt sectional mock tests to assess your grasp.
- Take full-length mock tests weekly after the 4th week.
- Analyze your performance after each mock test—identify weak areas and improve them.
- Use platforms like Testbook, Gradeup, or SSC CGL mock series for test practice.

6. *Speed & Accuracy*
- Focus on improving calculation speed by practicing mental math.
- Learn time-saving techniques like Vedic Math tricks and approximation methods.
- Avoid guesswork—accuracy is crucial to clear the sectional cutoff.

7. *Previous Year Papers*
- Solve at least the last 5 years’ SSC CGL Quant papers.
- Understand the pattern and frequently asked questions.
- Use these papers to familiarize yourself with real exam pressure.

8. *Daily Revision*
- Regularly revise formulas, shortcuts, and important concepts.
- Set aside 30 minutes daily for revision of previously studied topics.

9. *Focus on Weak Areas*
- After taking tests, identify your weak topics.
- Spend extra time mastering those areas with focused practice.

10. *Time Management*
- In the exam, solve easier questions first and come back to tricky ones later.
- Allocate specific time for each section during practice to improve time management.

If you remain consistent with this strategy for 2-3 months, you can significantly improve your Quant score in SSC CGL.
