Jerk pork is a popular dish in Jamaica so we did some Jerk Pork Belly outdoor cooking. The pork belly is not overly used but whenever you do you can get great flavours from it when done right and jerk on these was fantastic. We built an outdoor oven which we still need to improve on the give us a better finish but we are still proud of the flavours and how the dish was completed. Of course we did a small mukbang at the end.
