Madcap is one of 2 new recently released heroes in Fortnite: Save The World, with his specialty being around T.E.D.D.Y. summoning spore clouds on new targets it hits dealing affliction damage and applying a HUGE slow effect! Definitely in contention as one of the best T.E.D.D.Y. heroes in the Commander slot. Very satisfied with this new hero even in late game Twine. Anything else below that, he just shreds!
