Скачать или смотреть Modchip protection on PS1 demo discs... ...why? (1080p)

Why are some of these (JAPANESE) DEMO DISC thingies MODCHIP PROTECTED? Featuring a red hand in a circle. Didn't succeed passing that screen SCPH-1001 I have. Possibly yet, I seriously need a new laser unit or that one.
The game is I.Q FINAL interactive demo (?) that puts that hand over there in PlayPre Vol 15 - Disc 1 (PCPX-96133). Also don't know if the Tales of Phantasia demo on Disc 2 (PCPX-96134) is also having some of this, as it liked to freeze at times when I played that. (Not with an emulator though, hmhm.) Then there's the mentioned Saru, Get You!* demo disc (SCPS-10084, internally something else) which is also modchip protected jeez.
