P.sss there isnt an actual dial (THAT MOVES) on my pipboy so I made it into a touch screen Y u maddd but also because the tappin on the pipboy makes for good tingles so that's mainly why i did it

also my zipper area is reflective so the green screen didn't take to it well. I bought the vault outfit during halloween and figured I'd make a video. I'm a fan of fallout 3.
