My Hardest Week Of Residency

It's my first week of internal medicine, and I am realizing it is going to be a challenge for me. As someone who matched into Anesthesiology, I love the idea of being able to focus on the single patient in front of me. However, as I am covering the hospital wards, I am going to have to simultaneously juggle multiple patients at the same time. This is going to be challenging, but by the end of this first week I can already feel myself growing more confident and competent!
