About our speakers:

Ha Nguyen - Ha is the Founder & Managing Partner of NextStep, where we support early-stage founders with fractional and advisory COO services focused on strategy, growth, and operational excellence. With 24 years of experience scaling startups and building customer-focused cultures, I previously served as Chief Experiences Officer at Swimply and was a Founding Partner at Spero Ventures. My career began as one of the earliest product managers at eBay during its hyper-growth phase. I'm passionate about connecting people through community, building impactful products, and elevating underrepresented voices in tech. Outside of work, I enjoy poker, football, cooking, and spending time with my family.

Adriana Landaverde - Adriana Landaverde is a seasoned Fractional CPO and Product Advisor who works with early-stage startups to find product-market fit, develop product strategy, and implement best product practices. She focuses on building and mentoring high-performing product teams and helps organizations identify the right product leaders.

Originally from El Salvador, Adriana brings over 15 years of experience in product management and leadership experience in Silicon Valley, London, and across Europe. Her diverse industry experience includes key roles in notable companies such as Trulia in the US, where she contributed to the company's IPO in 2012, and Nutmeg, the largest robo advisor in the UK and Europe, which was acquired by JP Morgan in 2021.

Adriana earned an MBA from Stanford University. She lives in Barcelona, Spain, with her husband and two young children, where she enjoys exploring the local culture and cuisine and is actively involved in the product community.
