Mutton Paya - 2
Zira - 1 tsp
Kali mirch - 1/2 tsp
Choti elaichi - 2
Badi elaichi - 1
Lavang - 3-4
Dalchini -small stick
Garlic cloves - 8 - 10
Ginger - small piece 1/2 inch
Onion - 1 small (to make paste)
Green chilies - 2 (optional)
Oil- 1/2 cup
2 medium size onion
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Water to make gravy
Dhaniya Patti to garnishing
