Advances for 2020 include new powertrains, Ford Co-Pilot360, available all-wheel drive, increased versatility and efficiency in all Transit models. With a wide-ranging lineup of Cargo Van, all-new Crew Van, Passenger Van, Cutaway and Chassis Cab in a variety of lengths and roof heights — Transit will excel at meeting customers’ needs — whether they plan to haul goods or comfortably carry up to 15 people.

This is much more than a design makeover — 2020 Transit will be revitalized with a new powertrain lineup featuring two new engine choices:
New standard 3.5L PFDi V6 gas engine
Available upgraded 3.5L EcoBoost V6 gas engine with Auto Stop-Start Technology
Available 2.0L EcoBlue Bi-Turbo I‑4 Diesel engine with two sequential turbochargers
The first turbocharger provides initial boost at low rpm, and a second high-pressure turbocharger enhances horsepower at higher rpm
New 10-speed automatic transmission standard with all engines

At higher speeds, when drivers prefer stiffer steering, the EPAS adapts so drivers can navigate curves more confidently
