Attaching a regular-unmodified one piece bag 3" wide on NEO rest top. Bag is filled with sand in moderate hardness (not too hard, still pliable). As you can see, clearance is over than 1/2" from any metals that hold the bag, checked with 1/2" thick parallel set in the front, back, and all sides. It's also easy to lift up the wood block (which resemble 3" wide forearm of a rifle stock), wood block does not trapped in the bag, and there is no more than 1/2" vertical contact between the wood block & the inner sides of the bag.
