【早稲田大学野球部】東京六大学野球2024春季リーグ戦優勝パレード・優勝祝賀会 /Waseda University Baseball Club Victory Parade

2024年6月2日、早稲田大学野球部は東京六大学野球2024年度春季リーグ戦において2020年秋以来7季ぶり史上最多47回目となるリーグ優勝を果たしました。
当日はあいにくの荒天の中ではありましたが、本学応援部を先頭に約1,000名の学生・早稲田ファンの皆様と、明治神宮球場から早稲田キャンパスまで恒例の優勝パレード（提灯行列）で練り歩き、早稲田の街の皆様をはじめ多くの方と優勝の喜びを分かち合いました。
またパレードでは印出主将ら選手、小宮山監督やコーチ陣も早稲田キャンパスを一周し近隣の住民の方や商店街の方からも大きな多くの祝福の声を頂きました。
大学到着後は「早稲田アリーナ」にて優勝祝賀会を開催、選手・監督/コーチ・大学関係者・ファンと共に、応援歌・早稲田の栄光・早稲田大学校歌を高らかに歌いました。


The Waseda University Baseball Club secured their 47th Tokyo Big 6 League Championship,their first championship win in 7 seasons, since fall 2020, setting the record for the most championships in the league. Despite the rain, around 1,000 students and Waseda University fans joined in the victoryparade, walking, lanterns in hand, from Meiji Jingu Stadium to Waseda Campus.
Team Captain Inde, along with his fellow players, Head Coach Komiyama, and the other coaches, joined in the parade as it circled Waseda Campus. They were welcomed by the congratulatory cheers of the local residents and fans of the University. At the end of the parade, the Waseda University Cheerleading Club led the players, coach, and fans in singing Waseda’s Alma Mater song.
