1. Access Settings: In the main dashboard menu, click Settings.
2. Navigate to KPIs: Scroll down to the Master KPIs (Indicators) section.
3. Open KPI Form: Click the green + Add KPI button.
4. Enter KPI Details: Complete the "New Indicator" form fields:
Indicator Name: Type the full name (e.g., Sustained Mental Wellness - Engagement Rate).
Type: Select what the KPI measures (e.g., Outcome).
Unit of Measure: Select the unit (e.g., %, #, or Participants)..
Direction: Select Higher is Better or Lower is Better.
Description: Type the clear definition of the KPI.
