I made this character in the Phrecia 2.0 league, totally on a whim. Everyone said Harbinger would be a meme, but I think they sleep on a really strong Phrecia class.

Build background:
Lightning Spire Trap of Overloading is a CD trap skill with an innate 100% chance to crit, high damage effectiveness (170%) and shotgunning ability.
The skill strikes 10 areas around the trap which can overlap with some AOE investment and can hit enemies multiple times per zap
We also invest a little bit into skill effect duration because the trap zaps exactly once per second and the base duration is only 3.5 seconds
The base CD of the skill is set at 10 seconds. Harbinger provides 55% CDR and boots provide another 5%. The CDR can be further reduced with a Crusader belt (20%). Another good option for the belt slot is Arkhon's Tools for Throw Speed, RMR and a Scorch aura on Skitterbots
Because Harbinger has really good ES recharge and recovery rate, I invested heavily into Faster Start of ES Recharge. Together with Wicked Ward I hit ~10k ES per second recharge and it sets in after just 0.67 seconds

If there's interest I'll make a version of the build for regular PoE using some Shadow ascendancy as a baseline. It's a fun playstyle!
