My name is Raleigh Jones, and I'm the chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology, Head, and Neck Surgery here at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Most people call it ear, nose and throat, because otolaryngology is a bit of a mouthful. But we're proud to take care of people with those problems.

In otolaryngology, we've always worked very hard to provide the best care for our patients. And we do that by we have great physicians, great staff, and then try to be accessible. And that's hard, because we're busy, but we always try to make room for the patients who really need to be made room for right away.

This is a recognition that some of that work is paying off. And the US News and World Report is a complex ranking system that looks on lots of different things, including patient satisfaction, access, outcomes, safety. And so this is a nice feather in our cap that things are going well and that patients are getting good care. And I feel like we're being responsive to their needs.
