STORYLINE:
Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto flew out of Karachi for Dubai on Thursday, this comes just two weeks after she returned to the country ending her eight-year self-imposed exile.
Bhutto's aide, Agha Siraj Durrani, speaking about her sudden departure said, "she has gone to Dubai to see her ailing mother and children", he added that she is expected to return to Pakistan on the 8th of November.
Bhutto's travel plans have become a source of confusion as late on Wednesday evening, the opposition leader said that she was delaying her planned trip to Dubai as she feared that in her absence the Pakistani government would impose a state of emergency.
Bhutto is expected to address a party meeting in the city of Rawalpindi on the 9th of November.
