SEBI brings in new rules every now and then. Some are good, are okay and sometimes, a few are pretty nasty. This rule that we are talking about in the video seems to pause the richer from getting even richer.

There are loopholes in the investment space that are used for advantages by the employees and senior management of different Asset management companies, mutual fund houses and more.

This has been happening for decades where AMC top management will take decisions in such a way that at least they don't get into the soup even if the investors do.

SEBI comes in as a hero this time and hopefully, this rule will curb all those manipulations.
