Two recent university graduates share what they think about mismatched expectations, competition from retrenched workers, and shifting industries.

Manpower Minister Tan See Leng says that young job seekers should have "an open mind" and be grounded in their expectations. Perhaps starting out in an unplanned trajectory might give young people a "brand new trajectory", he added.
