TRIP REPORT AZERBAIJAN AIRLINES | 787-8 Dreamliner London via Baku to Izmir! And A320neo

The flight operated by Azerbaijan Airlines was good, catering (as a whole) was good, the aircrafts were relatively new and clean, and the cabin crew were friendly.

However, AAL fell short in a couple areas:
The breakfast menu was poor- eggs were hard, rubbery and tasteless along with the sausage which was just processed rubbish.

My suitcase didn't arrive in Izmir, this meant I had to wait at the airport for an hour trying to contact the ground crew to see if they had just missed my bag or it didn't make the flight. About 3 days later I got a message saying my baggage had been found in Azerbijan Baku, and had not left the airport. The airline then gave me 2 choices for it to be flown to Izmir or back to London, I chose London as it wouldn't have made it back in time to Izmir. Around 8 days after I had lost my bag it arrived at my front door in London.

Although it was very inconvenient me not having all possessions, i cannot fully hold it against the airline as I was just unlucky on the day.
