Ar Tonelico - Rebuilding the Airship part 2

This point in the game has a major game breaking glitch around this point in the game. When you reach the Tail of Reminiscence and obtain the Soleil Stone, and the event happens. Walk toward the statue and be sure that the cutscene happens as shown. Failure to do so will have you punished later on in the game where you won't be able to advance at all, so be SURE that you do that, for more information go to gamefaqs.

Lyner and Misha obtain the Soliel Stone and Lyner finally remembers Misha (took you long enough, jackass.) and then the heroes head back to rebuild the Airship. The ship is completed and now we can go through the Blastline, and awaaaaaaaaaaay we go.
