On June 9th, 2024 , officers responded to calls about a suspicious vehicle driving around using police sirens. An officer located and stopped the black and white Tahoe containing three males. During the traffic stop, officers were contacted by two victims who reported the car's occupants had impersonated police, shined a spotlight on them , and used a PA system to order them to "put your hands up". One victim was even told to "get on his knees". This bodycam shows the investigation as officers confront the three suspects , who repeatedly deny involvement and claim to be "half asleep". A search of the vehicle revealed four firearms and a fully operational siren and PA system. All three suspects were arrested for False Impersonation of an Official.
