This screencast walks you through the use of the Quota policy in Apigee. Rather than use the "normal" way of attaching quota configuration to API Product definitions, I added a flourish here - configuring Apigee to (a) call out to an external service to retrieve quota parameters, then (b) enforce the Quota with those parameters. This demonstration features these policies: VerifyAPIKey ServiceCallout, JavaScript, and Quota. And of course the ever-present AssignMessage.
