Journaling gives me anxiety!!! Read my description.

Is there anyone else out there who feels a tiny bit anxious watching journaling videos ? I do.
And I didn't know why for the longest time.

I love the art associated with journaling but I sometimes felt this weird anxiety thinking 'what is this for? 😭'

I started this page where I wanted to engage with people, build a community, and write whatever people commented with. Soon I realized that I need to up my game. So I decided to sit, acknowledge and accept my anxiety and start journaling. Instead of writing peoples comments on a plain page, I decided to journal it! So I finally faced my anxiety and put it to good use.

I now watch so many journaling videos to gain inspiration. And this is my first try at making this page a journaling page.
