Some of the new features in python 3.8 is the new syntax for the walrus operator. This is the new syntax for the assignment operator. It is represented by ':='. A issue was fixed in python 3.8. To Install python go to the python website. This is linked below. We then press downloads and choose all downloads. This then redirects you to another page. The first download you will see is the python 3.8.3. We then press download and the download begins.

The setup is easy. Once the download is done open up the download and it will ask Install Now or customized download. We will press install now. This will give us all the features python has to offer. Then the download starts.

Once it is done downloading another page will pop up. This shows where you can go for the online tutorials and documentation on python. This also shows some features that are not included in this video. Once we press close the python Idle should launch. If it doesn't go to the Cortana search bar and type in Idle. This should open the python shell.
