In this video I show you how to replace the ISE measuring cartridges for the Cobas 6000. After replacing the cartridges you should preform a reagent prime followed by the green rack and your calibrations/QC. Thank you for watching.

I would also like to add that running the green rack with multiclean, activator (instead of sysclean), and activator may yield better stability from the new cartridges. You would have to run the green rack a second time but with its normal set up (multi clean, sysclean,and activator) afterwards. If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to ask.
