Norway Ep.2 | Hiking Briksdal Glacier in Olden, Kjemndalabreen Glacier in Loen and Rakssetra | 4K

Norway Ep.2
From the Geiranger fjord we move to Loen and Olden fjord where we went for three different hikes.
The first one we went to the Briksdal Glacier from Olden, probably one of the most famous hikes since many tour operator includes it in their program.
We went early and in a rainy day so we didn't found many people.
The hike is very easy and scenic, the waterfalls are everywhere and the glacier is always in front of you high in the mountain.
Once we were coming back to the parking lot we started to meet some other people arriving mostly with busn tour.
After this hike we went to the near by lake of Lovatnet and its Glacier.
This one is less known but we found it to be very spectacular, maybe the fifteen minutes of sun lighting the glacier influenced our perception. In any case, it is worth the stop.
The next morning we did one last hike on the loen Fjord, we went to the famous small village of Rakssetra.
It is possible to hike via a quite steep trail in the woods but since it was muddy we decided to take the road which is a little longer but very panoramic.
Rakssetra gives you a panorama over the valley of Loen and Olden after a short hike, super suggested.
Probably this three hike could be done in one day but if you want to enjoy them a bit more I would plan at least two days in the area.
