YouTube does not currently offer a direct feature to hide your entire comment history from others. This is due to how YouTube treats comments as part of the public interaction on the platform. When you comment on a video, it becomes visible to anyone who can view that content. Additionally, YouTube has introduced a feature called the "profile card" which shows other users a history of your recent public comments when they tap on your username.

While there’s no toggle to completely hide your comment activity, there is a manual method to remove visibility by deleting comments individually. If you're concerned about privacy or prefer not to have your comments publicly viewable via your profile card, the only option is to manually delete each comment you’ve made.

To do this, start by going to your YouTube history section. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Your data in YouTube'. From there, locate the 'Manage all history' option. Once inside, find the section labeled 'Interactions' and then tap on 'Comments and Replies'. This will show you a list of all your recent comments. You can delete each comment manually from this list by tapping on the three-dot menu next to each one and selecting 'Delete'.

Although this can be a tedious process, it is currently the only way to prevent others from viewing your past comment activity. Keep in mind, once deleted, comments cannot be recovered.
