Saudi and UAE snub U.S.-led West; Arab Nations continue to buy cheap Russian oil | Report

Despite US objections, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are reportedly purchasing petroleum products from Russia at substantial discounts. Russia was imposed with severe sanctions last year as a result of its invasion of Ukraine, which shut off Moscow from its usual business partners. Russia has been compelled by this to sell its goods for much less. Russia is now supplying 100,000 barrels per day, or more than 36 million barrels yearly, to Saudi Arabia. Watch
