Investigators with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives descended on the rundown property, valued at $7 million, in the early hours of Wednesday morning following an anonymous tip-off that someone was illegally manufacturing and selling weapons from their home. Girard Damien Saenz, 57, was arrested at the scene and taken to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department before he was released on $50,000 bond.Working alongside the LAPD, officers found more than 1,000 firearms varying from small handheld pistols to large machine guns and even antique Civil War-era rifles.
