Sparkle Buster - UNDERWATER FOOTAGE! - McFly Angler Fly Tying Tutorials

If you have kept up with my channel, you probably know that the Slump Buster is one of my favorite flies. It works well in many situations, however I wanted to make something like it, that was a bit more flashy, to attract fish in murky water conditions. This fly is that fly, and I find it works very well.

In many instances, when fishing an off colored river, you have to get deeper to the fish. So I added a bit more weight to the fly to get deeper, and give a more sporadic action. The jigging action of this fly is very pronounced, and it works well to attract those fish out of instinct.
