❤️Honey Lemon Ginger Jar
-sliced gingers
-Raw Honey
-Rock sugar
-Lemons
Layers of sliced lemons and honey, until the jar is filled. Stir to make sure the lemons are covered.
Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
❤️Orange Cake
-INGREDIENTS
- 125gr butter
- 150gr sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 150ml orange juice
- 185gr wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Orange zest
In a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk together eggs and sugar on high speed until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add Eggs and keep mixing slowly until combined.
Add Zest and vanilla
Add flour mixture mix until just combined
Bake 350F for 45 mins.
