Our Spida Frame Line is comprehensive, innovative and can be developed to suit your current business and manufacturing needs for wall frame assembly. You can update your existing frame line as a whole, or one machine at a time. You’ll experience increased production with the automation our frame line solution provides.

The products in our frame line allow for construction, assembly and transport of major sub-components. Our infeed conveyors are designed to store and transport pre-made lumber assemblies while our Wall Extruder and Raked Wall Extruder allow you to easily assemble wall frames from pre-cut lumber components. Curved conveyors then allow for continuous transfer while our exit conveyors support frames as they exit ready for the final assembly area. The final assembly area can include different functional tables and is also where sheathing can take place.
