Mt Kosciuszko Summit Walk, Thredbo Snowy Mountains NSW Australia | Bushwalk the 'Gong

An iconic walk to Australia's highest peak at 2,228m above sea level. This alpine walk takes you from Thredbo Village, up the chairlift to the Kozi walk. Today a large charity group was taking part so it was a very social day and plenty of interesting people. Along the path it is rich in biodiversity, rocky outcrops and glacial tarns.
I took a diversion before Rawson's Pass to look at the historic Seaman's Hut before returning back to reach the summit.

A beautiful walk, and well worth the effort.
