About: Plaza Beach & Dive Resort located on the island of Bonaire is re-defining the meaning of all-inclusive dive vacation. The resort was established in the mid 80's with a feel of colonial Caribbean. Guest Speaker Hagen Wegerer has been on Bonaire since 2000, and has worked at other well-known dive resort before opening a restaurant and subsequently a food truck called “Cactus Blue”. Hagen returned full time to the dive world here and has been at Toucan Dive since 2016. Hagen’s goal is to position Toucan Diving as one of the top few listed dive shops on Bonaire. Reputation for professionalism, service, safety, and fun are all important.
