On a cool cloudy Saturday afternoon, the world's fastest high school boys 4x400 teams met for the Penn Relays College of America showdown including Bullis, Kingston College, and Excelsior. A tumble during the second exchange with the Bullis runner could have been disastrous for the US favorite. But once Quincy Wilson grabbed the baton, the speedster launched an attack. He plowed past runners while the crowd roared with excitement. Would the US defeat the Jamaican's? Not this time. Kingston College won the championship in 3:11. Excelsior finished in 3:12 and Bullis in 3:13.
