Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca shot, killed just before 31st birthday

Former First Deputy police Supt. Anthony Riccio tells CBS 2’s Chris Tye he does not believe officers are specifically being targeted for such crimes. Meanwhile, there is still no word from Chicago Police on whether the shooter or shooters have been caught.
