Over the last 5 years this 2000 VW Passat I bought for $1600 was torn down to the unibody and fully rebuilt. The car hopped on the dyno in January of 2026 and made 428hp and 379tq at the crank, translating to 350whp and 292tq at the wheels. Car weighs in at 2974lbs running on e85 only

Motor:
-APB block from c5 Audi Allroad has 6-bolt main caps on the crank. (Both APB and ATQ use Sam crank that is forged from factory). Went past 2.8L bore specs by 1mm to rest at 83.5mm bore.
-full bottom end rebuild from bearings/ARP hardware/thicker head gasket
-Maxpeeding connecting rods, forged H-beam (non-rifle drilled) 2.7 and 2.8 share same stroke length and rod specs
-Ross Racing Pistons, billet custom spec to overbore.
-2.8 heads decked, valve job, ported.
-PES G2 supercharger kit fully rebuilt by JonBond. Modified snout to fit 2.6” pulley
-Bosch EV14 60lb injectors with wire adapters from ETSpec
-AEM 320LPH e85 safe fuel pump + adapter bracket from ETSpec
-Remote tuning with ETspec using the stock ECU having ME7.1 software.
-Southbend stage 2 endurance clutch kit paired with new LUK DMF
-Gutted oem downpipes
-Trak Motiv axles
-Transmission stock and fully rebuilt
-034 Motorsport solid u-joint + solid 3d bushings on shift tower + home made short shift, 329gr shift weight + home brew shift knob sporting the horn button
-KW V2 coilovers
-Delphi oem density control arms/endlinks/tie-rods
-All interior fabricated by me and shaved down
-Votex front lip rep from Evan Ott, fender flares from Audi Allroad trimmed and heat molded to fit, carbon fiber CIS racing hood, carbon fiber sunroof delete panel and a bunch more..
