drawing an anthurium plowmanii leaf | 2x speed, uncut version | academic drawing demo

I have a background in academic drawing but this is actually my first time sketching a plant. I haven't drawn for years since graduating my university.
Frankly, I should've stopped at about 40 min into the video, I think at the end I was making the drawing worse. Well, that's gonna be a lesson for me.
Academic study of an object is a bit different from those realistic and almost photographic pencil drawing tutorials that are so popular here on YouTube.
This is an uncut version. I believe it is very important to show the process from beginning to end. It would be a great honor if you were able to pick up and learn some stuff from me. Even though my shading technique previously has been called ‘messy’ 🤭
