Chicken Karahi Ingredients:
1/4-1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1-1.5 lb while chicken pieces
Chutney (1/4 cup cilantro (coriander), a few mint leaves, half of a green chili)
3 tomatoes, cut lengthwise in half
1 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup yogurt
